| Alright so my problem is the following:
At random times, mainly when I try to play a game or watch a movie my computer crashes. When that happens, my screen freezes stays like it is for a moment, then all the pixels are mixed up, creating a distorted pattern of what was on the screen in the moment of the crash. Not only that, in stead of crashing, sometimes my sound just stops and I can't get it to work again until I restart my computer.
Question: What is the cause of these crashes and how to solve it ?
